Kagiya
the Unleashed Storm

Abilities
A woman filled with fury and rage that none come close to challenging, Kagiya is a force to be reckoned with when Inayu looses her on the battlefield. Relishing the chances she gets to fight, Kagiya unleashes the storm that brews inside her heart, washing the entire battlefield in a tempest that even the spirits of the world have learned to fear.
Kagiya learned the secrets of her rage when her tribe was attacked by monsters of which she had never seen. Through a series of brutal attacks in the night, her tribe's numbers dwindled to nearly nothing.
When the end showed its ugly face, Kagiya did the unthinkable, her only goal left being to protect the Makxa Oyate further north, as she knew none lived further south than her.
She reached out with her magic, feeling out all the life that remained in her tribe, and broke them, killing them painlessly and instantly, before drawing their power into herself.
With the sudden surge in power, Kagiya was able to amplify her own magic to a reach that she had never seen before. Drawing from a well of power deep inside, she amplified the strength of the prairie storms that she learned her magic from, obliterating all the monsters that remained in a single night of endless, terrifying storms.
Now, she violently pulls magic from a well buried deep in her soul. Though each cast causes her pain, she grins through the pain and screams at her enemies to face her, knowing the pain she will cause them is much worse than anything she can do to herself.
Kagiya knows loss. Kagiya understands pain. Kagiya fights her war, and she will end it her way.
Nakun makte k'eyash etansh tokxa-ka!
Even if it should kill me, what of it?
This is my war, and I will end it my way.
Passive: Surge
After using an ability, Kagiya Surges and gains 15 -> 51% + 50% bonus +5% per 100 AP attack speed for 4 seconds, doubling her Critical Strike Chance for the duration. Her first attack after using an ability will always Critically Strike.
Surges can stack indefinitely, but each will last only 4 seconds.
Kagiya's Critical Strikes use two projectiles, but each projectile only deals 60% damage. Each projectile has a chance to Critically Strike separate from the main attack. Each applies on-hits at 60% strength.
Additionally, Kagiya's Critical Strikes are modified, dealing 3% + 1% per 50 AP + 10% Critical Strike Chance (Max: 10%) as %max health magic damage, and will heal her for 10 -> 25% + 10% per 100 AP of the pre-mitigated damage dealt on-attack, per projectile.
Kagiya's basic attacks will have additional properties while she Surges.
When Kagiya lands the killing blow on an enemy Champion, she will gain a free Surge at random.
Q: Thunderwave
10 sec CD
40 mana
5% Max Health
Kagiya sends a shockwave forward on her next basic attack, propelling herself backwards if she hits a valid target, and over terrain. She deals 30/50/70/90/110 + 125% bAD +50% AP damage to the first target hit, then half that damage to all enemies within a 300 unit cone behind the initial target. If the first target dies, the ability refreshes its cooldown and Kagiya’s next basic attack is guaranteed to critically strike.
Surge: Thundersurge
For the next four seconds, Kagiya’s critical strikes will instead deal 5 -> 14% + 5% per 100 AP missing health physical damage on-hit. This passive can stack as long as Kagiya is recasting Thunderwave. If her basic attack kills the initial target, it will bounce to the nearest target, prioritizing enemies that would be killed by it, but reducing 5% less damage per leap. If she critically strikes, it will always chain to at least 2/3/4/5/6 additional targets, if enough targets are in range.
During Thundersurge, Kagiya’s basic attacks are not projectiles (she shoots bolts of lightning).
W: Call of Hail
10 sec CD
40 mana
5% Max Health
Kagiya pulls ice from the sky, pelting an area with hailstones for 4 seconds and slowing all enemies by 15 -> 51 (+50% bonus attack speed) for the duration.
Surge:
Hailsurge
For the next four seconds, Kagiya’s basic attacks will apply half of Call of Hail’s slow on-hit, stacking with Call of Hail. Slowed targets take 20 + 50% Critical Strike Chance more damage from Kagiya.
During Hailsurge, Kagiya’s basic attacks come from above (she is calling down stones of hail).
E: Four Winds
10 sec CD
40 mana
10% Max Health
Kagiya blasts air in all directions around her and knocks back all enemy targets hit, dealing 130/160/190/220/250 + 90% AP magic damage, and granting Kagiya a 20/40/60/80/100 + (50% bAD + 60% AP) shield for each enemy Champion hit by the ability.
Surge: Windsurge
Until the Four Winds shield breaks, Kagiya will be ghosted and gain 10 -> 46 (+50% critical chance) movement speed.
R: Rolling Thunder
100/85/60 sec CD
100 mana
10% Missing Health
Kagiya summons a circular storm over herself with a radius of 600/800/1000 units, dealing damage to all enemies.. While within it, Kagiya is ghosted and can basic attack all enemies being damaged by it, regardless of their distance to Kagiya. Kagiya must have an active Surge to cast Rolling Thunder. Casting Rolling Thunder will extend that Surge by 10 seconds, while within the storm. Leaving the storm will end the Surge and Rolling Thunder.
Rolling Thundersurge
The storm stuns all targets hit for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds, and Kagiya will dash to the edge of her basic attack range to any target she basic attacks within the storm.
Rolling Hailsurge
The storm will apply Call of Hail's slow, and Kagiya deals Hailsurge's bonus damage to all targets within the storm. Kagiya's basic attack range increases by 200/250/300.
Rolling Windsurge
The storm knocks all enemies towards the center of the storm and will drag all enemies towards the center for the first 3 seconds.
Kagiya’s Four Winds Shield is refreshed when the ability is cast and again after 5 seconds have passed.
Any enemies who remain in the storm when it ends will be violently expelled towards their Nexus by 700/900/1200 units.
