Makxa Oyate: The People of the Earth, the Protectors of the Greenheart. Led by Inayu, the Bonemother, the Makxa Oyate protect their lands by whatever means necessary.
A naturally efficient and simplistic people, they are not known for their great works of art or their towering architecture; Rather, they seek oneness with the land, to uphold their place in the cycle of life and death, and to exist in peace. They value the existence of living as its own reward, though their members can be found pursuing their interests around the world.

Inayu leads her people as the Mother of Bones. She is the spiritual leader of her people, and guards the Greenheart, pulling its magic to use as her own. She is an older woman, greying around the crown, but powerful all the same.

Legends say she is still out there, looking out for any children she may need to save again...

Inayu found a teenage boy, crying on his own in a field filled with fire that mirrored in his eyes of raging flames. She pulled him to his safety, and tried to learn about him.
She tried to teach him, but the harsh ways of life on the prairie killed him... or so she thought, until his eyes opened again, and they were a thunderous grey, with flashes of lightning in them.
